Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 11, 2026
Texonomy LLC ("Texonomy," "we," "us") provides AI-powered workflow automation and communication services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit texonomy.ai, submit a form, exchange messages with us, or receive services from us — and how we use, share, and protect that information.
Information we collect
We collect information in three ways:
Information you provide directly
- Name, company, email address, phone number, and any details you share when you fill out a form on our site (including the contact form at texonomy.ai/#contact or the discovery request form at book.texonomy.ai).
- Messages you send us by email, SMS, or during phone calls, including voice recordings and transcripts of calls handled by our AI voice assistant.
- Business information you share while we deliver services to you as a client.
Information collected automatically
- Standard web analytics data (pages visited, referring URL, browser type, general geographic region) via Google Analytics. See the "Cookies and tracking" section below.
- Cloudflare network logs used to protect the site from abuse.
Information from third parties
- Business contact data from sources such as Apollo when we conduct outbound sales research. We only use this data for legitimate business outreach and remove records upon request.
How we use your information
- Respond to your inquiries and provide services you requested.
- Send you follow-up communications by email or SMS related to your inquiry, subject to your consent (see "SMS messaging program" below).
- Schedule and confirm meetings (including calendar invitations).
- Improve our services and internal workflows, including training our AI voice assistant on anonymized transcripts.
- Comply with legal obligations.
SMS messaging program
Program name: Texonomy Customer Communications.
When we send SMS: we send text messages only to individuals who have opted in — either by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form, replying "YES" or a similar affirmative to an initiating text, or by requesting a text-back during a phone call with our AI voice assistant.
What we send: discovery call booking links, appointment confirmations and reminders, and follow-up messages related to an inquiry you started with us.
Message frequency: variable, typically fewer than 4 messages per month per recipient.
Message and data rates: may apply. Check with your mobile carrier.
Opting out: reply STOP at any time to any Texonomy SMS to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for support.
Help: for help, reply HELP to any Texonomy SMS or email ryan@texonomy.ai.
Carrier disclaimer: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Data sharing: we do not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. This includes affiliates.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited cases:
- Service providers that operate our infrastructure — including Google (Gmail and Calendar), HighLevel (CRM and phone infrastructure), Cloudflare (hosting), OpenAI (AI processing), ElevenLabs (voice synthesis), Retell (AI voice orchestration), and Slack (internal communications). These providers are contractually bound to protect your information.
- Legal obligations — when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and the rights of others.
- Business transfers — if Texonomy is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may transfer as part of that transaction.
Cookies and tracking
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. We do not use advertising cookies.
How long we keep information
We keep contact and inquiry information for as long as it is useful to our relationship with you, or as required by law. You may request deletion at any time (see "Your rights" below).
How we protect information
We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest for all data stored with our service providers. Access to your information within Texonomy is limited to the founder and any contracted staff bound by confidentiality obligations.
Your rights
You may:
- Request a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Request correction or deletion of your information.
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in the email.
- Unsubscribe from SMS by replying STOP.
- Ask that we stop contacting you entirely.
Residents of California, the European Economic Area, and other jurisdictions with specific privacy laws (including the CCPA and GDPR) have additional rights, including the right to know what data is collected, to request deletion, and to opt out of certain data uses. To exercise any right, email ryan@texonomy.ai.
Children's privacy
Our services are intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have collected information from a minor, we will delete it.
